    Asian Fusion Complement Course is mainly for students who are interested and focus on Asian Fusion Series. Asian Fusion+ Complement Course is mainly for students who are interested and focus on Asian Fusion Series, also wanted to learn some knowledge on Show Grooming.

    Asian Fusion & Show+ Complement Course is for students who wants to deep understanding the knowledge and skills of both Asian Fusion Series and Show Grooming Series.
    The length of Asian Fusion Complement Course and Asian Fusion+ Complement Course are Six months; The length of Asian Fusion & Show+ Complement Course is 1 year course. When you enroll in the classes, you have access to the 3 to 8 videos per month as we arrange in advance. Therefore, we believe you have more than enough time to occupy your curiosity and desire to learn for several months.
    If you are already a pet groomer, basic tools are enough. If you are a novice, we would highly recommend that you go to a pet store near your home to buy grooming props, such as scissors, brushes, dummy dogs, and some safety/medical supplies will do.
    Yes, we do have online coaching classes. If you are not able to attend the classes, do not worry, we will upload the coaching class replay video for you. However, we encourage you to join the coaching classes in order to get interaction with us for your grooming.
    Yes, we are most welcome you to come to our academy to learn. Our academy location is K-G-03A Block K No. 2, Jalan PJU 1A/41B Pusat Dagangan NZX, Ara Damansara, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. However, we strongly recommend you to take our online course before come to Malaysia as you will be more understanding about concepts and skills, it makes you easier to learn in our offline course.
    ABSOLUTELY YES!!!! Our video has a very detailed explanation of each key point, even if you are a beginner, you can understand them quickly. Because our course designed as very SIMPLE, EASY TO LEARN, EASY TO UNDERSTAND & EASY TO DUPLICATE techniques for the people who want to share their love to pets.
    In order to help more groomers, we do provide 14 languages subtitles, including English, Chinese, German, Romanian, Spanish, Italian, Hungarian, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Thai, Vietnamese, Hindi and French. But, please be patience, some tutorial videos may not be available in specific languages. You are able to access all tutorial videos in English version upon full payment made. PIGA will continuous to upload the videos for all available languages.

    In the future, we will provide more and more different languages in the courses to help groomers around the world.
    You will receive a Participant of Certificate from Pets Icons Grooming Academy upon completion.
    The learning continues! All registered participants will have access to our PIGA Online Course both during and after the end of the course. Participants can continue to watch tips videos or attend online seminars which we provide for members to keep interacting, sharing experiences and feedback with each other. Of course, it must be in line with our philosophy of creating communities of practice and learning.

    In order to help more groomers, we provide an 0% interest installment plan for the person who is passionate and interested to improve his/her grooming skills. it will be paid in 3 installments. Every time that you pay your installment, it will unlock the 3 to 8 tutorial video for you. Without prejudice to any other rights it may have, PIGA may suspend or cancel your access to the Online Course until the remaining installment amounts are paid in full.

    For Physical Products, we always test the product in good condition before we send it out. You are able to request us to send you the test video. Also, you can contact us for any return questions at fansclub@petsicon.com.my. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
